We recommend a warm machine wash in a washbag , with similar colours using a gentle detergent. Do not bleach.

To keep the colour vivid and garment in shape we recommend to dry your Ambra items in the shade. Do not tumble dry or iron.

And one other thing, do not dry clean!

Helpful hint: If you are washing a bra with a removeable cup remove cup before washing your bra!

    Uncomfortable ! Runs small

    I am a size 8 and need to size up with all Ambra shapewear as it runs very small. I sized up to the 10/12 and when I say this bodysuit was the most uncomfortable I’ve worn I’m not exaggerating. Impossible to wear all day. I have a DD bust and wore this with a bra for a little extra support and lift ( which I usually do with other body suits) the way the low back is designed on this particular suit flattens the bust and also makes the bottom of your bra dig in. The crotch area is also unnecessarily tight. Not impressed.

    Was concerned when I first saw it. Thought it would be too small. However it fit perfectly and certainly made my waist smaller. Definitely purchase the size you wear normally.

    Wow. I wasn't expecting this to be so good and also comfy. Very stretchy and gives you a very nice shape. I'm already an hourglass shape but this exaggerated that. Not the most firm for lower tummy control (that's my problem area after having kids) it is still good control but I've got firmer ones. Really impressed with this. I got size 10/12. I'm normally a size 10
