How do I measure my bra size and cup size?
The best way to find your bra size is to wrap a soft measuring tape across your back and bring it under each arm. The measuring tape should fit snugly. Take the measurement where it overlaps.
To measure your bust, keep the measuring tape flat against your back and pull it around the fullest part of your bust. Take this measurement. Aim to leave a finger-sized gap between the tape and your bust.
To find your cup size, subtract the bra size from the bust size. Every inch between the measurements represents a cup. You can find your specific measurements using our size guide to find your perfect fit.
